Winter Lacrosse Schedule
Winter Block 2 (January 5th to January 24th)
MONDAYS (Players 7th Grade and Older):
Grades 7th - 12th Girls from 5:00 - 6:30PM
Grades 7th - 12th Boys from 6:30 - 8:00PM
WEDNESDAYS (All Players):
Grades 3rd - 6th (Boys and Girls) from 5:00 to 6:30PM
Grades 7th - 12th (Boys and Girls) from 6:30 to 8:00PM

Sun Valley Lacrosse provides a dynamic learning environment to develop both skills and character for all youth lacrosse players in the Wood River Valley. It is our belief that the values of team sports reach far beyond the field. Developing teamwork, communication and sportsmanship will be of equal priority to our program as developing sports-specific skill sets.
Our Philosophy:
Sun Valley Lacrosse embraces a constraint-led approach to coaching and player development. The constraint-led approach intentionally creates problems and then challenges our players to create solutions to those problems.
