Grades 7th - 12th (Boys and Girls) from 7:15 to 8:15PM
WEDNESDAYS:
Grades 3rd - 12th (Boys and Girls) from 7:15 to 8:15PM

MISSION:
Sun Valley Lacrosse provides a dynamic learning environment to develop both skills and character for all youth lacrosse players in the Wood River Valley. It is our belief that the values of team sports reach far beyond the field. Developing teamwork, communication and sportsmanship will be of equal priority to our program as developing sports-specific skill sets.
Our Philosophy:
Sun Valley Lacrosse embraces a constraint-led approach to coaching and player development. The constraint-led approach intentionally creates on-field problems and then challenges our players to create solutions to those problems.
